Each kit is $ 15.00 and contains 2 toppers (1) white and (1) colored, 1 base that clips into hair or onto headband with a super gripper to hold onto finer hair, and 10 mix and match diffferent color and textured petals. You can use this one kit to create over 30 color combinations.
